About me

My name is Antonio García.
I consider myself a unique minded and self-driven person. Those are the reasons I started this blog, to dig deeper into the areas which I am passionate about (which excite me).
Creativity and internet (online media) have always been my passion and the center of my professional life.

My education has always been around my passions: creativity and marketing.
I got a Bachelor Degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
After that I continued my education with a master degree in Advertising Creativity by Zinkproject! in Madrid.
Some years later I gained an Executive Masters degree in Sales Direction and Marketing from CESMA Business School in Madrid.
And I also have been studying and researching by myself other areas and developing different projects.

Work experience
I started my working (career) at IKEA.
It was intended to be just a summer job, but it turned into a more serious position. I became a Signwriter in Communication and Interior department in San Sebastián de los Reyes store.
After a year in that position, I was promoted to National Graphic Communication Manager for the project “From monday to friday IKEA is even better”. In addition, I was a Web Content Manager for the same Project and the websites of the Madrid’s stores.
After IKEA I jumped to the creative department as Art Director in some of the most important worldwide advertising agencies.
I have been  part of the creative department in OgilyOne, Arc Worldwide (Leo Burnett Group) and Adstore Young and Rubicam.
In these agencies I had the chance to work with clients as movistar, Renault, ING, IBM, American Express, Sage, Marlboro, Johnny Walker or Kellogs and other international and national clients.
After advertising agencies I reoriented my professional profile to social media.
In this new stage of my professional life I have worked in CESMA Business School and also in mitula. In both of them I continued playing Art Director role appart from social media taking advantage of my previous experience.
